Zhuzhou Shennong City project Zhuzhou, Hunan


Project background: Zhuzhou Shennong City is a large urban building complex integrating commerce, trade, travel, leisure and culture and hosts such businesses as Wal-Mart supermarket, Meimei mall, grand theatres and an art center, commercial pedestrian streets, hotels and apartments, and has air conditioning covering 420,000m2.


The value to be created for customers:
Making use of environmental potential energy as much as possible (utilization rate: 37.57%) so that the operating cost is reduced by 10.88% compared with that of conventional systems.
The energy annually saved by this system converted into standard coal would be 4,122.1t, with a system energy-saving rate of 22.95% and a carbon emission reduction rate of 22.95% compared with conventional energy systems composed of simple conventional water-cooled chillers + boilers.
ENN Ubiquitous Energy-efficient platform will be used to control the systems operation, effectively eliminating energy supply delay and improving the comfort of customers.
Application of distributed cooling, heat and power cogeneration technology, water/ground source heat pump and other clean energy technologies brings the project a demonstrative effect, which effectively promotes and popularizes the ENN brand and its reputation.

we enable the energy center which consists of a gas turbine generator, direct combustion unit, waste heat steam boiler and ground source heat pump unit to meet the cooling and heating load demands of all air conditioners, all steam load demands and all domestic hot water and partial domestic hot water demands within the energy supply area of the hospital in new Tinghu District.
Emission reduction:
Annual average comprehensive energy utilization ratio is 83.7%.
Renewable resource utilization rate reaches about 20%.
The standard coal annually saved is 2,832t.
Annual CO2 emission reduction is 2,672t.
Annual SO2 emission reduction is 68t.

Huanghua Air Port project of Changsha, Hunan Changsha, Hunan

above-ground buildings covering 110,400m2 and underground buildings covering 43,900m2.
Project content:
investment and construction are made in coordination with the construction project of the T3 airport terminal at Huanghua Airport in Changsha to meet heat supply, cold supply and partial power supply demands in the new airport terminal.
Emission reduction compared with conventional energy supply modes:
The energy-saving rate of the whole system is 33%.
The primary energy consumption reduced annually converted into the standard coal is about 1,527t.
The CO2 emission reduction is about 3,807t.
