ENN Charitable Foundation was founded by ENN's Chairman Wang Yusuo and its affiliations in December 2005 as a non-governmental organization. Before the foundation of the charity, Wang Yusuo and ENN had been actively involved in charitable work. As of December 2009, ENN donated more than RMB 290 million for education support, environmental improvement projects and poverty and disaster relief. The establishment of the ENN Charitable Foundation has provided a wider platform for social works and has formally established charity as part of ENN's charter.
